Layton's Loft Bed and Breakfast. "You'll love our breakfast And we know food"

You get the whole house to yourself. We're a small home grown bed and breakfast in rural central Utah with a private setting for our guests in a separate dwelling just a short stone's throw from our residence all in the quiet setting of Manti, Utah just 4 blocks directly west of the Historic Manti Temple.

$60 for double occupancy. $8 per each additional guest per night.

Our lofted bed and breakfast is built on the "tiny home" concept. It's cozy and private with a full standard height kitchen, bathroom with shower and a 5' high lofted bedroom with a queen sized memory foam bed and living room. In the loft living room there is a large 50" flat screen TV equipped with Netflix via ROKU, Amazon Prime, YouTube videos, and free wireless internet. Perfect for 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children so if you're adventurous and can climb our "Jefferson" stairs we'll make ready for you. We now have an additional private bedroom on the main floor with a standard 7' height ceiling with a super comfortable Queen sized memory foam bed and its own 35" flat screen TV.

For $5 per person we offer a full home cooked breakfast which includes delicious crepes (topped with fresh berries), farm fresh eggs, turkey bacon, 100% pure maple syrup, raw honey from our hives, orange juice and upon request, raw milk from our Jersey cow Matilda. Each additional morning we also offer our fresh tomato and basil omelettes and pan seared breakfast potatoes with fresh homemade bread. Other options available include french toast or our delicious buttermilk pancakes with fresh berries.

The loft house is a separate detached tiny home situated next to the Host's private residence with all you could need for a comfortable and private stay in Manti.

With a minimum 4 hour advance notice, in the evening for an additional fee per person, we offer the following home-cooked dinner choices:

Outback Chicken for two - A specialty of the Layton's Loft. From our flock of Cornish rock chickens comes the finest air chilled chicken with intense chicken flavor and juiciness. This dish is a pan seared half chicken with a bed of wild rice, French sliced beans with slivered almonds, organic grown side salads with 2 freshly made rolls. We take from the drippings of the chicken to make amazing gravy to go over it. This is sure to fill your hungry appetite. $38

Cauliflower crust pizza loaded with veggies such as mushrooms, peppers, olives, sun dried-tomatoes, topped with fresh herbs – 8 slices - (can be made to your request -Keto friendly). $28

Gourmet Chicken Salad (this can be made to go) that includes grilled chicken, organic grown baby greens with all the salad toppings such as olives, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, avocados, cauliflower croutons and dressing. $14 (dessert is not included).

Home grown grass finished gourmet beef cheeseburger served with a generous portion of oven roasted potato fries topped with melted cheese. $12

Chicken Parmesan Zoodles made with almond flour dipped chicken, fresh herbs, cheese and spiral cut zucchini with an organic grown side salad (Keto friendly). $16

Balsamic glazed grilled chicken with fresh basil, tomatoes, garlic and onions served with angel hair pasta and with an organic grown side salad. $16

All the above entrees come with dessert (except the Gourmet Chicken Salad).
