Pretty sweet bar! This has a rotational handle with 3 different grip sizes. As an added design feature you can load the plates without having to lift the bar off the ground, very beneficial especially if you're loading a lot of weight.

In addition to changing up your deadlift, strengthen your grip while doing shrugs or use in place of farmer's carries. Personally using the same bar grip all the time wrecks havoc on my arthritis so I've found using this bar helps in that respect too. This bar has benefits that many people will find useful.
