I'm currently decommissioning an allotment of contract grade commercial furniture for a client that my dealership outfitted approximately 5yrs ago. All the product in this space is top tier, designer selections from textiles to finishes.
I will be selling the products for 85-90% off of current retail price. To give an idea of the caliber of furniture, the single lounge chairs on the 4th slide retail at $3,500 per currently.. These products are built to last decades and still have plenty of life.
