Rare mid century design chair. True vintage, haven’t been able to find another one just like it in years of looking for more details on it.

Amazing condition for its age. Real wood, seating material is Naugahyde/vinyl and not leather (common among quality designers of the day).

From the 60s or 70s, can’t make out the year on the label.This style is best attributed to Milo Baughman. Around this time multiple pieces have been attributed to Baughman and other respected designers designing for Lane.

This chair is quite substantial. Real wood. A woodworker I know who deals with many exotic woods said the main wood looked like a form of rosewood or Zircote. He is not local so he based it off of photos of the chair. Rosewood was commonly used on quality furniture from this period.
