I have a very nice John Deere 318 yard tractor in fantastic running condition. Just bought a brand new pair of 200 dollar aggressive tread tires for it (not shown in pics) so those could be mounted if you want a field tractor. All the hydraulics work great and are ready for a front loader or other implements. Also have a front end mule drive to power a deck or other things off the front end, a nice plow attachment, an adjustable harrow, and a 1400 dollar gang reel adjustable mower implement. Package includes everything. This is all ready to have a compatible John Deere mower deck mounted up or just keep it as a utility tractor like it is now....text and we can talk price or offers.... If I find a deck for it then my price will go up or it will come off the market as I have a buyer lined up on that contingency. These are considered one of the best garden tractors ever made and are very rare and hard to find tractor so snag this while it lasts. Text is best. Prefer to sell outright and cash talks so make me an offer but might consider trades at higher trade value for recreational land and I could add on my end depending for land.... or maybe vintage trucks, jeeps, motorcycles etc in nice running condition, a nice fishing boat, High end hunting and home protection tools plus cash, a nice atv or utv, etc. Thank you
