American Wagyu (3/4 wagyu, 1/4 angus) for sale. Cut, wrapped ready for your freezer for $8.49 a pound – no gimmicks. Orders will have approx.. 35% steaks, 45% burger, and 20% roasts plus specialty cuts like Tri tip, Flank or Skirt steak, and Brisket. Marrow bones, tongue, and liver are also available.

Wagyu beef, is widely recognized as the best marbling beef in the world. It is more tender, more juicy, more buttery, and more healthy for you.

Here’s why: “Wagyu beef contains a higher concentration of monounsaturated fat relative to saturated fat … It is a significant source of oleic fatty acid (>57%) – the compound in olive oil that the USDA touts as “good for the heart”. The melting point for regular beef fat is approx. 136 F degrees. For Akaushi Wagyu, the melting point is as low as 77 F degrees.
