This generator is PERFECT for home back up stand by use. With high wattage, it will run important appliances like freezers in times of need. It has a propane option as a fuel source. This is really good to have on standby because you can store propane for much longer than gas! Propane usually requires less maintenance as well. For the good price, this is definitely a great generator to have on hand just incase!

The only thing that I don't love about this particular generator is that it's very loud. But, in case of an emergency - and we all know that something could happen at any time, now. It's a great brand at a great price!
