Upon entering, you'll note:

ENTRY AREA: to hang all your outdoor clothing. Two boot trays are near the front door. Coat closet at entry with several wooden hangars for your heavy coats, and lighter hangers for your garments. There is a coat rack to hold hats, helmets, etc.

HALF BATH: on ground level.

KITCHEN: renovated 2016 with all of the appliances and cookware you need, want, and desire...such as a new Keurig (coffee for your first day provided), and even a crock pot. Casual bar seating at counter.

DINING AREA: Adjacent to kitchen. Seats up to four people with additional seating that can be placed at table.

LIVING AREA: Comfortable seating in the open concept living area with gas fireplace and cable television.

BEDROOMS: Both Bedrooms located upstairs on second level

MASTER BEDROOM and ENSUITE BATHROOM: Queen bed with cozy seating area and plenty of drawer space. Cable TV. Attached Master bathroom has double sinks, beautiful walk-in glass shower with two heads.

SECOND BEDROOM: Queen bed, dresser and closet. Full bathroom with claw foot tub and shower is directly outside the bedroom.

THIRD BEDROOM: Office. The third bedroom in this unit has been converted to an office. There is a desk, nice window, TV, printer and area for you to spread out. This is a great space for those who have to work.

WINTER: Walk to Cabriolet (steps away...one of closest condominiums to Cabriolet!), convenience store, skiing, transit hub for free shuttle. Free buses go to Park City's Main Street, restaurants, activities, liquor store and bars. Buses also access the Kimball Junction shopping district with grocery store, restaurants etc. Close to Waldorf Spa.

SUMMER: We back up to the Canyons Golf Course, and have a lovely community pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Walk to golf, hiking and biking trails, and bike share.
