Alaska is still not open to the masses of guests from the Cruise ships again this year... This is a huge problem for us here in Alaska, BUT... a great oppertunity for you down in UTAH

The people here typically service over 1.2 Million guests on the shores of Ketchikan in the summer 5 month cruise season and the guests all eat allot of SALMON as you can imagine when they are here on the shore.

Our local fishermen and many other support people count on the guests being here, so they can sell the fresh fish to places like us (salmon bake/dinner show) who serve the tourists. We have orders in place for thousands of pounds of SALMON with the fishermen open right now that we do not want to have to cancel on them. But, we must figure out what to do with the fish each day as it comes in or we cannot take it from them.

We don't need to spend a bunch of time herein on the benifits of Pacific Salmon it is simply the best ! Not farmed... but wild caught with all the good stuff your body needs built right in from the getgo. Plus it really tastes good too !

FACT: Only 3% of the salmon caught in Alaska is prized COHO ! The only fish more valuable is the KING Salmon at 1%.

In order for you to take advantage of this SPECIAL PRE-ORDER OFFERS $6.00 per pound pricing of SUMMER PACIFIC Salmon you must put a fish reservation in place with us as soon as possible. This is a full boxs only 60 - 80 pounds. This fish is fresh off the boats and blast frozen befor shipping. We cannot break down the cases off the airplane into smaller sizes. After October you can buy less than a full case.

We will ship all of the fish from Alaska on Alaska Air as CARGO into SLC. Contact prior will work out your exact date, we have one ship date in July and one in August is typical. We will fine tune the date with you as summer closes in, this date is all based on the time of the salmon run and the amount of fish we have on order along with the processing timing.

We do not require a deposit now but an order/request with a promise from you at this time. Prior to the fish shipping we will take your deposit to cover the freight and you will have your fish in 24-36 hours after we put it on the plane. If for some reason we are off a few days we do have cold storage in Utah and can hold it for a day or two for you in Payson Utah. You will pick up at the airport upon arrival or make arrangements for a pickup in Payson. Delivery is available for a sperate fee to the delivery service.
