According to Utah State law, "each vessel must have at least one US Coast guard approved wearable life jacket for each person on board. Those 12 years of age and younger must wear a life jacket at all times."

Completely modular. Can be disassembled to fit in the backseat of a car. Frame can be separated from pontoons for a small pickup truck. Or hauled in larger truck bed or trailer in one piece.
