We have done hundreds of conversions and are very good at it. Most bikes can be converted. **Has a transmission - it drives the chain and gets to use the gears on your bike. Unlike hub motors that can’t use the bike’s gears and are always stuck in one gear, mid-drive motors drive the bicycle chain, and the bike gears effectively become the motor's transmission. This allows you to climb hills in low gear and then shift into high gear where it is flat to go fast.
