What you’re looking at is a pair of spiked plastic pedals good for all types of cycling applications. [These were removed from a Cannondale MTB btw].

As you can see from a review of the plenteous images they have a few scratches and minor dings but these are cosmetic issues only! If you don’t mind your pedals looking like they’ve been on a few adventures then these are likely for you!
