This case keeps your cell phone or other items like keys, tags, id cards, tickets, batteries, documents, etc., free from exposure to the outdoor elements. Made of durable polycarbonate plastic. It is watertight and shockproof. It has a notch on the side to fit into standard, bicycle water bottle cages. Loop on one side allows it to be put on a belt. Loop on top allows it to be attached to hooks, clips, and tethers. Closure latches are sturdy and not easily opened. Instructions, not shown, are included. Inside dimensions are 7 3/4 inches tall by 2 5/8 inches diameter. Foam padding is soft and not brittle nor crumbling. O-ring seal is still soft and has no breaks. Never used
