This beautiful twin home is 2 miles from Saint George with easy access to the freeway, 14 miles from Sand Hallow, and 37 miles from Zions National Park. The kitchen is fully equipped to make any meal. The garage is set to be a “man cave” with a 70” TV, electric bikes, two scooters, and a ping pong table. Throughout this home has 8 Smart TVs, Nintendo Switch, shuffle board, BBQ grill, and fire pit table.

Included with the stay is a pass to Washington City Recreation Center. They have a pool, slides, splash pad, and fitness center. On site now is Pickle Ball courts. Coming soon to the property is a pool, lazy river, and splash pad.

Need room for more? We own the joining side of the twin home that also sleeps 20 people comfortably. This would be great for any sports team, dance team, or any large group.
