Fresh ripe whole wheat Sourdough starter. This starter has been going since November 2019 and had made me some great tasting loaves of bread, Foccacia, pancakes and more.

You can start on your bread after this starter is fed. Feed over night and start the next morning.

You will get 50 grams enough to start a a little over 2 cups of starter. You would need a scale to measure out your ingredients.

50 grams starter, 150 grams of water, 150 grams of whole wheat.
