This is not just a picture, it’s an experience, your customers will experience a transformation that will take them - back in time. Something to admire and passed down from generation to generation. Over the eight years that I worked the Fair, I have seen the same folks come back year after year. They would tell me how much they loved the pictures. I, in return, enjoyed seeing how the children have grown and changed. Every year, I would acquire different costumes, to ensure we had a wide variety and selection for customers to choose from. A size for every age and shape. But in addition to quantity, I feel we have quality, one of a kind items. Items that were found in antique stores or were custom made (like backdrop, signs, and the leather work seen in the chaps, holsters, Indian items, headbands, etc.). As you look through the photos of the set-up and costumes I hope you are able to see the authenticity. Now imagine how the weight of heavy leather or the softness of satin and velvet and the compression of the bustiers makes the customers feel. The business would be great as a storefront or as a mobile travel unit able to follow the fairs or the season. While I loved the excitement and customer relationships my business has allowed me to experience, family obligations have made work challenging. My youngest son is special needs and the time away has become too disruptive to his daily routine. In addition, this past year my husband had a heart attack and his health is not as good as it had been. So it is with a heavy heart I know it’s time for me to pass this experience on to someone younger. I’m hoping you will enjoy this as much as I have.
