We have a Clean Furnished Private Bedroom and Bathroom available in our home basement for short or long time rent.

Comes with Queen size bed & twin bunks, walk-in closet, dresser, nightstand.

Adjacent Bathroom with tub/shower.

Can sleep 1 to 4 people.

Includes wifi and utilities.

Clean single home family of 3, with one cat.

English and French spoken.

In the basement, you have access to laundry ($2 per load & detergent, on nightly & weekly rates), a family room with couch and 75inch flat screen TV (Prime, Netflix, DVD player included), a treadmill and stationary bike/elliptical combo, a side by side refrigerator and microwave.

Main door home entrance, you have access on the main floor to our fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and eat as long as you entirely clean up after yourself.

We are 13 min from SLC international airport, in a friendly neighborhood across SkyPark airport. Close to grocery and freeways, downtown is about 15min away.

Our neighborhood has 2 parks, a community pool, extra parking spots, a walking distance LDS church, Legacy trail access, Odyssey Elementary school.

NIGHTLY RATE: $60 a night for one, $10 each additional persons per night. $50 deposit to reserve and cover damages, refundable at check out. Check-in 2pm, Check-out 11am.

WEEKLY RATE: $350 (7 days) for one, $50 each additional persons, per week. $100 deposit to reserve and cover damages, refundable at check out. Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. For Additional nights, refer to nightly rate. No cleaning fee when you return the space as you received it. $40 cleaning fee otherwise.

*Crêpes available for a cost, upon request.

MONTHLY RENT: $750 for one, $100 additional persons (16 and up), $50 for children (15 and under). $300 deposit & Full Rent due upon contract signings. Deposit refundable after inspection of premises & contract termination. No cleaning fee when you sparkle clean & return the space as you received it. $100 cleaning fee otherwise.
