A Damage Deposit hold of $2,500 is placed on your credit card while the machine is out and can be used to repair damages from renters. All renters are responsible for damage we understand scraps and scratches can happen.

Contact us for any questions or concerns for pickup or drop. A late charge of $35 will be assessed if returning after 5pm without prior notification and approval.

Cancelation policy Customers will receive a full refund or credit within 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers that give notice of cancellation in less than 48 hours before rental receive a refund or credit of 50%. No-shows will be charged the full price.
