4 have been used and work perfectly 1 used but not sure if it's working (I unplugged it without turning off power) 1 never used

Each riser includes: 1 PCIEX16 1 PCIEX16 1 USB cable

5 of the 6 have SATA to PCIe power adapters, I'm not sure where the other one ended up, but you shouldn't really be using these anyway.
