Toying with the idea of subletting out my rehearsal studio . are you a band looking for a place to practice?with a wait list at positively 4ths street and small rooms or disgusted how run down downtown music is , worried about your gear getting ripped off, only jam a few hours a week .

text me and let’s see if it could be beneficial to both of us. this would be a plug and play set up with top Of the line amps,drums ,full jbl monitors and mains Lights and fog machines . with no bleed out from the bands next door . set up for acoustics the room is 20’ x 30’ with a 12’ x 20’ stage with couches and tables.

chill vibe a really good atmosphere to be creative.

We could do a by the hour 3 hour minimum or just looking for a place to do a small intimate show for the night. With a onsite sound guy just bring your guitars and pedals and a chords .

laid back chill just ask you be respectful of the gear as I’ve invested a ton into this room.

Need more than 3 hours just ask . Weekdays could be available if needed as well.

Friday and Saturday nights are booking for small intimate shows.
