The exact address is given just before you are on your way. This works great for both the buyer and seller, no one is left waiting if the other party forgets.

Also, I’m sometimes more likely to give you “a bit off” the total, if you buy more than one listing, depending on what you are buying. I keep my listings current and reduce the price on a regular basis as I feel necessary. Go to my commerce profile and scroll to towards the bottom, there you will find my listings.

I try to list many great things for $10, so they can make an easy add-on item to your purchase. No refunds or exchanges. For most of the items I will rinse them off or wipe them down, but final cleaning will be up to the buyer. Check photos for measurements.

Items are from a smoke free, pet free home. Most often anything I have listed at $10 is the final price and will not go lower. Prices are subject to change, sometimes higher, sometimes lower.

If you are buying fragile items, please bring something to take them home safely in. A Box and a few TOWELS seem to work for many.

I will hold your PAID ITEMS for a day or so that you can arrange pickup. Porch pickup is a great option with prepaid items.
