Unlike the common 1/8-1/4" thick various types of flooring, Wasatch Pro Floor Gym Mats are made specially for fitness equipment. Our best-in-class mats are 5/8" inch thick making them among the strongest, super heavy duty option available with better insulative, protective and extra sound dampening characteristics VS. other options out there.

Choose standard straight edge or interlocking mats, with both options offered individually or in custom sets (noted below) or bulk purchase for an amazing deal.

Each individual mat is approximately 40" × 40" square. Note with the interlocking type because they overlap you do lose a little bit square foot coverage per mat.

If you already know the total square feet you need, use the appropriate simple formulas below to calculate how many mats you need for your space:

Example for a 10x10 foot room 10x10 = 100 square feet:

Straight Edge Options: Total Square Feet Needed / 11.11 = Number of 40x40" Mats needed

Example for 100 Square Feet 100 / 11.11 = 9 Mats

OR

Interlocking "Puzzle type" Options: Total Square Feet Needed / 10 = Number of 40x40" Mats needed

Example for 100 Square Feet 100 / 10 = 10 Mats
