What is a true nuc or nucleus? A true nuc is a working starter hive that jump starts your hive by 3 plus or more weeks. It consists of 5 deep frames of bees in a cardboard or plastic nuc box. The frames will have honey, pollen, eggs, larva along with lots of worker bees, and of course a new 2026 mated queen.

Why us: Local Utahns and take great pride in raising healthy bees. You get your honeybee nucs and pkgs directly from the beekeeper that raised and made them.

Our nucs and pkgs have NOT been on some a truck being trucked in from some other state.

We do not buy and resell bulk bees.
