Men's 10 (women's 11). These are NOT runners or joggers. They are heavy solid-soled casual shoes. The clear part of the sole is not a hollow air bubble but solid clear resin/plastic. Platform-style: 1.5 at heel, 1 at toe area. Got these in early 2000s.
