I can remove rusty parts, install new mounting plate, replaced the top tube, welded endcap and weld in place. Make sure square and level. drill holes for the bolts, replace with new steel. Replaced rusty chain holding the address sign. Welding repair, painted black gloss, add new industry-standard mailbox. Price does not include labor, which is a very reasonable price
