This is new never used. The tag says it a medium but it's runs small! This has the same measurements as the other smalls I have listed. It's 100% Polyester. Please double check the measurements in the pictures to make sure it will fit your little one. All my items come from a smoke free home. Any questions please feel free to contact me.
