This is a kids stop light and police light up wand. Not really sure if the function of it all but my kids don’t play with it anymore. All functions. Our kids don’t play with it.

Our boys have gone through their toys to sell to earn money to buy a Nintendo switch. Would takes trades for switch accessories or games.

Kids are required to donate half the proceeds to a charity for Christmas.
