Selling my intricate and beautiful native american pottery black and white vase with traditional patterns as well as fine line work grizzly bear (reminiscent of scrimshaw). Vase is quite large (15x15) and in perfect condition with no chips. It was made by JR and Diane Aragon (husband and wife team) in 1991. They are from the Acoma Pueblo in Laguna New Mexico. The piece is signed by them on the bottom. Very striking and interesting piece of pottery. I have had this for many years protectively packaged because I did not have room to properly display. Still don't have a good display location so maybe it case find a new home but the intricacy of the works still captivates me today.
