The tomato and melon crop above was grown in South Jordan organically without any chemical nitrogen, triple phosphate, round up or insecticide. Yield was on par with county average but much lower input costs. Margin/acre was much higher than the farmer down the road. Notice the squash field had SQUASH BUGS__ present but no plants were lost.
