Oceanside California Beach Condo-Vacation Rental, 744 sq feet, has a large & open kitchen & living room area with a gas fireplace & bamboo hardwood floors throughout, huge master bedroom with a partial ocean view, desk/dressing table, tv cabinet & large closet, 1 bathroom. Extra queen bed in an alcove, sofa bed in the living room, ceiling fans in the master bedroom, alcove & the kitchen/living area, high speed internet, 65” TV & DVD player, shared courtyard with picnic tables & gas BBQ grills. Sleeps 4 or 1 couple + 3-4 young children. Parking for 1 car. Smoking is not allowed in the condo or the courtyard area & No Pets. Located only a short block off the beach, come enjoy the beach, supplied with beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, wave boards, etc. This condo is a perfect location for any vacationing family. Only 45 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Seaworld, and Legoland is only 10 minutes away. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. and the rates vary, depending on the time of year SUMMER (June-August) @ $1225 per week SPRING & FALL (March, April, May, September & October) @ $825 per week WINTER (November-February) @ $725 per week HOLIDAY weeks of Memorial Day & Labor Day & Thanksgiving week @ $925. The week between Christmas & New Years is $1125. Oceanside tax @ 11.5% will be added to the amount. The cleaning fee is included. We also require a $200 damage deposit that’s fully refundable. MONTHLY stays are discounted + no tax for stays of 30 days or more. All rates are for payment by personal or bank check. Add 2% for Venmo or 3% for credit card payments.
