Inside the box it comes with directions, a compass, a coin, and a rope. In the drawer there is a pirate ship that you can put together out of cardstock. I don't know if all the pieces are there. This was my son's and he never put it together so I think everything's there but I'm not positive.

Also comes with a small treasure chest with the gems in pic and the pirate bag.
