The simulator that I built is in a 465 sq ft building in my backyard so it is TOTALLY private and very easy to access. You can golf year round in a temperature controlled space. Launch monitor is the ProTee VX with instant video feedback of club head to ball impact, ball speed, club head speed, angle of attack, etc. 4K projector. I use GSPRO software which offers a 4k golfing experience. The impact screen is a polyspacer, triple layered and is 10ft tall by 16ft wide. Works great for right and left handed golfers. Plenty of space to hang out, golf and watch TV.
