Floor Prep - We will grind the entire sub floor and make sure there are no issues. Poor floor prep is the number one reason that a floor will fail.

Attention to Detail! - We will install your floor the same as we would in our own home. We make sure that the same pattern planks are not touching and that there are no repeating patterns through the floor. We do a random pattern and avoid stair steps and H joints.

Communication - We will show up when we say we will. We will maintain good communication throughout the process with honesty and integrity.
