This home is the perfect place to take your large group for a luxurious stay in the beautiful southern desert or for smaller intimate groups wanting to enjoy the St. George weather and activities. The ample kitchen opens up into the large living area, making it perfect for entertaining. The living area features a large 86 inch screen TV and a brand new comfortable sofa, high ceilings and lots of natural light. Walk out the back door to your own patio area with a fire pit, patio furniture and a brand new weber gas grill. This home has a 3 car garage that guests are allowed to access. The home also has flat screen HD Smart TV's, free wireless internet, and a washer/dryer utility room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and full private bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk in shower. There are 3 other bedrooms in the house. 2 spacious bedrooms have full closets and king beds.
