Schrader valves are known to hold more pressure with less leakage. I can install schrader valves as well for $150 which would include a nitrogen fill. Nitrogen naturally seeps out of your shocks over time, and to keep your rig performing at its best, it's a good idea to have them checked and refilled once a year. You can expect a professional shop to charge $300+ for the same service.
