This setup sounds awesome and the versatility is hard to beat! It's been in a smoke free home and has been well taken care of. From the Bogner website: Alchemist has two channels: Gold, the left channel, opens gradually to present simmering blues tones; Mercury, on the right, invokes the famous white-hot Bogner gain. Both channels bring out the natural characteristics of your guitar, no matter what you're playing. There's also a 20-watt variac mode that's perfect for lower volume gigs.

Effects include a variety of Reverb and Delay styles. The effects are parallel in the circuit and remain separate from the original signal. The result is rich, living and breathing tones when the effects are blended with the original pure signal.
