Artificial turf has been getting more and more realistic over recent years, and All About Modern LLC is now offering their very own affordable and natural looking New Mojo brand. This is not the artificial turf your neighbor installed 6 years ago. It actually looks like the grass you will see growing in Utah lawns, and is comprised of 2 different colored blades and a light brown thatch layer underneath. Soft, non-abrasive and safe for children and pets, the New Mojo artificial turf offers durability and years of worry-free enjoyment. Be the envy of your neighborhood with year-round green looking grass, even in January! Have perfectly looking manicured turf in completely shaded areas. Works great in hot, cold, wet, or dry climates. Water-proof polypropylene & polyethylene blades offer superior pet stain resistance, and the turf can easily be treated for extra stain resistance. Most box stores offer artificial grass with a pile height up to 1.5 inches and weight usually below 60 oz per sq yard, but the New Mojo artificial grass is 1.75 inches in height and 91 oz per sq yard in weight.

**Although, once properly installed, artificial turf requires very little maintenance, it is highly recommended to add 1 lb. - 2 lbs. of infill per square foot for enhanced appearance and increased durability.
