This has been my pride and joy, but I need to sell due to life changes. There are $700 of KAB (probably the leading supplier of 1200 mods) upgrades plus others, including damping, as you can see, outboard power supply, an Isoplatmat platter topper and periphery clamping. In particular, the arm dampening woek done addressed the most significant limitation of the Technics design. The heavy brass footers and three base plinths glued together are included. All in very good shape, including the cartridge, although the dust cover has scuffs (which perhaps can be buffed out). Includes valuable hardware including Souther Clever Clamp, electronic stylus gauge, antistat gun, mechanical end of record shutoff, 7 extra cartridges from Clearaudio Maestro, Audio Note, Stanton, Shures, Adcom Crosscoil (note not all are in working order, e.g., may need retipping, but these are highly valuable nonetheless), Discwasher, etc. This item is consigned with Utah Audio on Fort Union Blvd in Cottonwood Heights.
