A large deck with gorgeous views is wonderful for gathering and BBQs. The house is equipped for all generations – from sand toys and board games to a ping-pong table and basketball. Our house is located in an exclusive gated community on the East Side of Bear Lake with private boat ramp, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, all just steps from our home. Important: Please be considerate when arriving with a larger group and be respectful of our neighbors. This is a high-end residential area and the HOA allows for a maximum of 18 guests on the premises at any time. Parking for up to 7 cars, including 2 boat trailers, no RVs. Please enjoy your time at the beach and on the yard, but keep noise levels down, especially after 10pm.
