Beachfront Haven is a stunning 6-bedroom 6-bathroom home, suited for up to 18 guests. Only 30 steps from the private beach, with a large grassy play area, perfect for relaxing on the sunny deck, boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming. Enjoy the beach fires and s’mores at the beautiful beach fireplace. Sweeping lake and mountain views, amazing sunsets, and expansive outdoor areas. All 6 bedrooms offer serene lakeviews! A large deck with gorgeous views is wonderful for gathering and BBQs. The house is equipped for all generations – from sand toys and board games to a ping-pong table and basketball. Our house is located in an exclusive gated community on the East Side of Bear Lake with private boat ramp (rapid deep-water access), pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, all just steps from our home.

Important: Please be considerate when arriving with a larger group and be respectful of our neighbors. This is a high-end residential area and the HOA allows for a maximum of 18 guests on the premises at any time. Parking for up to 7 cars, including 2 boat trailers, no RVs. Please enjoy your time at the beach and on the yard, but keep noise levels down, especially after 10pm. Also, this is part of a new development and there can be some ongoing construction - please do not enter construction sites. Thank you very much!!

The lake on this side is deeper, so perfect access for boating and swimming. All 6 bedrooms have their own baths, which works nicely for two or three families.
