One consideration when arriving with a larger group: Please be respectful of our neighbors. The HOA allows for a maximum of 18 guests on the premises at any time and this will be enforced. There is no RV parking, Parking for up to 7 cars, including 2 boat trailers. To live in harmony with our neighbors, please enjoy yourself, but keep noise levels down, especially after 10pm. You will be minutes from the charming towns of the Bear Lake Valley, including Garden City, where you can enjoy dining, shopping, a round of golf or a world-famous raspberry shake. Our house is located in an exclusive gated community on the East Side of Bear Lake with private boat ramp, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, all just steps from our home. The lake on this side is deeper, so perfect access for boating and swimming. All 6 bedrooms have their own baths, which works nicely for two or three families.
