Was bolted to to a 5.9 (gas) 360 motor and had a np208d mounted behind it. 23 spline output, includes torque converter. Fluid looked great and clean, never ran the truck so condition unknown. Truck had 56xxx miles or more, i don't know if the odometer had turned over.
