These are brand new in original packaging. The packaging is damaged and some are sun faded to look gold or yellow, but the hitch covers are all Chrome and in excellent condition. The packaging has a hole cut out on the back side where someone removed a label. Because they damaged the packaging, they couldn't sell them as new, I bought them at a great price and can pass that savings on to you.
