All Meals include: Entree, side, Sweet Potato Grape or Banana Apple Smoothie, heater, and spork/seasoning packet.

Each box contains 2 of each entrees. The 6 Different Entrees (sides) are: 1 - Pork with Sauce and Rice (Crackers, sunflower butter) 2 - Homestyle Vegetables in Sauce with Noodles and Chicken (Pound cake, crackers) 3 - Spaghetti with Italian Style Sauce and Meat (Crackers or snack bread, sunflower butter) 4 - Sweet and Sour Sauce with Rice and Chicken (High Protein Cereal bar) 5 - Pasta with Garden Vegetables in Tomato Sauce (High Protein Cereal bar) 6 - Sunflower butter and jelly (Snack bread) or 6- Chili with Beans (Crackers, sunflower butter, apple jelly)

Note: Sunflower butter is a peanut butter alternative. Smoothie can be consumed straight but is really sweet. I like to add water 1:1 or 2:1
