Nearly new Specialized Roubaix Pro tires.
Great all-around bike that is quick enough for road, comfortable enough for endurance riding, is a fantastic commuter, and can even be used for light gravel riding.
Stock saddle upgraded to a 143mm Specialized Phenom Expert saddle... which is a fantastic $150+ saddle that is light and stiff and comfortable.

54cm / Medium frameset should be idea for riders in the 5'7 to 5'-11 range but could work for someone a little smaller or a little taller with some fitting.
