$25 Replacement Hallmark The Big Story of Little Me Baby Memory Record Photo Album Book - Good Used Condition

This book has space to record baby’s first five years. It has a metal 3-ring binder with an elephant, bird, and sun on the front with colorful polka-dots, flower, and balloon. Book measures approximately 9-1/2” wide x 10-3/4” high. There are 22 sheets/44 pages inside it. An unused book would have 36 sheets/72 pages, so 14 sheets/28 pages are not in here. (Sheet = Front & Back of a paper; Page = one side of a Sheet) But the pages listed below are in this book and are clean/unused.

Would be great for a replacement book where many of the pages you already have are okay, but your binder (and maybe some pages you have) need replacing. Price reflects this.
