Of course they can be used for adults or teens to, especially for those who are sensitive to stronger oils. Most of the oils haven't been used but were opened to smell or used once to try. Brave (orange) and Calmer (purple) have been used a little. Tamer (aqua) has been used the most and is a little more than 3/4 full. The orange silicone topper on Brave broke when I got it so I super glued it together. All of them "expired" in 8/2023, except Tamer which "expired" in 10/2024, but if you are familiar with high quality essential oils, they don't really expire and are good for many years beyond that date and I can attest that is my experience. I bought this set for my kids, but they weren't really interested and barely used it. In clean, excellent condition, and from a pet and smoke-free home.
