We are FINALLY offering frozen semen for our stallion, Jb’s Cacao!
Jb’s Cacao is a silver dapple registered Missouri Fox Trotter stallion sired by German Chocolate M. and out of an own daughter of Country Frank. He stands just shy of 16 hands, and has such a strong presence about him. He is very people-oriented and his babies have been very much the same. He is a character with a lot of charisma, and his babies are similar.
He himself is a phenomenal trail horse and his babies are no different. His babies are some of my must trustworthy, capable and nicely gaited horses. They are sure tough to beat!
Stryker was shown in his younger years and did very well in the model classes (2x world grand champion). I have yet to see a skinny-built baby of his. He has such good bone and tends to pass this to his offspring.
Smooth, natural gait and his lope is to die for.

Video of me riding him bareback at a gait and lope last summer: https://youtu.be/Xdm4EsU-OmE?si=uIfwEvbNz8otYYdt
As far as color goes, Stryker is chocolate silver dapple, meaning he is capable of producing the tell-tale chocolate coloring. He’s had just shy of 20 offspring, a good number of which we have put under saddle ourselves and/or have remained in our personal string of horses for years. I’ve seen some of his babies keep a flaxen mane and tail, and I’ve also seen some of his silver dapple babies look similar to him. His color genetics are: nZ Ee (silver black or chocolate silver dapple). This means he will throw his black gene 50% of the time, and his silver dapple gene 50% of the time. Plenty more pics of his babies available upon request. (The last 7 pictures are various pictures of his babies.)
Stud fee is $600, plus shipping costs for the semen. If you are local to northern Utah, you have the option of picking up the semen yourself if you’d like to avoid the shipping cost entirely. Your vet should be able to store the semen at their office until your mare is ready to breed.
If you are not located in northern Utah, shipping costs are based on your location and typically ranges anywhere from $150-400. Each shipment of semen includes 2 doses of semen (enough to inseminate your mare twice). Reach out for more details.
No live cover offered. For stud only, not for sale.
