Smooth rolling wheels and 3 different handles for settings adjustments so you can adjust chair to exactly how you like it. $MSRP$ is around $150. I'm just asking $40. FYI it comes in a box unassembled so you will have to put it together but I kept one and it's a pretty simple assembly. You can adjust chair height, back position and angle and also adjust seat angle. Also wheels roll extremely smoothly. Really high quality office chair. I love it!
