It will ship by private, highly-reviewed shippers through uShip, and will ship fully insured. At times, it may be necessary to have an able-body person available to assist a single shipper in unloading an item. Please note that delivery is interior first-floor delivery. Due to drivers' schedules, shipping may take up to 6-7 weeks to arrange. Occasionally, there are mild shipping delays, and if this occurs, I'll keep you updated. For payment, 60% down is required to begin a custom order, with the remaining 40% due 30 days before shipping. The 60 percent down is non-refundable, with the exception that you will receive a refund if I am unable to obtain the item you desire.

The majority of our items are antique or vintage and by definition, pre-owned. We carefully check each item, but normal wear and tear is to be expected. We do our best to include any minor problems in the description or to show the condition through our photos, so please look closely. Item images are considered a part of the item description. We're happy to answer any questions you may have and send additional images if necessary.

For shipped items, any damages that occur during shipping must be claimed through the carrier. There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for large furniture pieces.
