Pressure cooker works great. The pressure indicar works great, it will show white rings (first one for gentle cooking. The second one for express cooking). If temperature keeps rising the ring indicator will keep rising, so pressure cooker will automatically start to regulate the pressure by releasing some steam (which you definitely will hear). I will recommend you to read the instructions that come with the pressure cooker.
