Selling a brand new never installed flushmount light fixture made by Visual Comfort, previously known as Generation Lighting. The glass is a frosted pressed glass with an antique bronze color bracket. The light takes halogen or led bulbs (not included) and fixture can be hung both on the ceiling or the wall.

This is the large version of the Cirque light 11” across that retails at Lumens for $248.
